Having worked in the Hong Kong Trade Development Council as Deputy Executive Director until retiring in 2019, Mr Raymond Yip has extensive experience in international trade promotion. To continue serving the community after retirement, he has served as Executive Vice Chairman of Dashun Foundation from 2019 to 2022, to carry out projects that advances professional and social services. He also serves as Director of the Japan Society of Hong Kong. Recently he was appointed by the Hainan International Economic Development Bureau as its Chief Representative in Hong Kong, and by Guangzhou Nansha as its Chief Liaison Officer here, spearheading the promotion of the advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the Nansha New Area in Hong Kong.
