SleekFlow

Henson Tsai (27), the founder of SleekFlow, graduated from Imperial College London and worked as a banker at HSBC and Ernst & Young. Before SleekFlow’s success, Henson has already two entrepreneurial experiences. Apart from selling the smart home software, he developed in a start-up competition when he was still in university. He later spotted the demand for takeouts and decided to quit his job and founded TasteOut, a food-ordering platform. TasteOut had successfully entered Cyberport Incubation Programme. However, its journey was called off due to intense competition in the food delivery market. The shrink of company size and diminishing capital did not stop Henson from pursuing his entrepreneurial dream. With his two other employees, they analyzed conversations between 500+ real users.

They realized the demand for a platform that could unify customer communications to adapt to the up-and-coming trend of social commerce. He pivoted the business and founded SleekFlow, a centralized messaging platform that helps enterprises deliver a great customer experience.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, SleekFlow has recently raised its 8M USD Series A funding round in 2022 led by Tiger Global Capital with participation from Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund and Transcend Capital Partners.
