Mr. Angel Ngu

Honorary President
Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Industry. Inc.

Mr. Angel Ngu was born in Manila and traces his roots to Xiamen, Fujian, China. He attended high school at Chang Kai Shek College and graduated from the University of the East with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce achieving academic excellence.

He is the President of Roosevelt Aluminum Products Co., Inc., Angus Aluminum, Inc. and Angus Realty Resources, Inc. 

Aside from being a talented businessman, he is also an active leader of the Filipino-Chinese community.

Currently, he is the Honorary President of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII); President of Shanghai Hua Dong Association; Honorary President of Zhangxia Longtonghai Townmate Association; Honorary President of the Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Quezon City; Honorary President of the Philippine Chamber of Glass and Aluminum Industries, Inc.; and Honorary President of Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation. 

In 1995, he joined FFCCCII, starting as member of the Council of Representatives. From the council, he was elected Director, Committee Chairman, then Board Member, Treasurer, Vice President, Executive Vice President, and now President.  For the past 20 years in FFCCCII, he has exerted all effort to advance the development of the Filipino-Chinese community. 

His steadfast advocacy is education and athletic activities. For him, education empowers a person and can change one’s life.  Education is an instrument of social change and social development.  He likewise promotes athletic activities for he believes that a healthy body is a prerequisite to achieve one’s ambitions in life.
